Just another blog post.

Just before I go about as usual, Chalice uploaded photos from when I slept over her house.

At the beachhhh. I love that coat by the way. It was pretty cheap so that makes it even more awesome. I'm obsessing over it.

And my purple cardigan in this photo is so, so cute. Internet shopping doesn't always have to be a let down. :D
---------------

Anyways, Today I was supposed to do homework: That never happened. I woke up at like 12 and watched DVDs and ate chocolate and was lazzzzzzzyyy. Have no credit as well and my phone doesn't want to be unlocked so I can put my new sim in so it makes things difficult communication wise. I don't wanna waste my clothes money on a new phone. =_=

Anyways! Unlike today, yesterday was pretty interesting. I had brought my camera and stuff with me but of course, I forgot it was sitting there in my bag and ended up taking zero photos. ^_^;

I saw Carolyn! I woke up early and got ready, dressed nicely to impress her a little and yeah. Was excited.

I met her at Minotaur and we looked around briefly but nothing caught our eyes. Then set off for lunch at that dumpling place off China Town that everyone talks about. I enjoyed my meal immensely. Got close to taking that first bite that would make me no longer a vegetarian. Why must all the tasty food have meat in it? :(

So then we caught up on heaps of stuff and had a lovely chat. The usual topics and whatever. Uni, school, work, (lack of) love life, books, life in general ect.

Then we went walking around and looked at things. Then there is a blurry patch of walking around aimlessly and making our way to an amazing, little coffee shop on Bourke Street. It's also a jewelry shop but we doubted many people bought things from it. Had a relaxing time. Coffee was nice and like.. little juice bottle things were lovely.

Jenny called me a little later and we walked down to Starbucks to find her. Carolyn met her and they got along which is good. All of Jenny's friends were there too. They all went somewhere and then the four of us (Jenny's friend Doan came too) went shopping a little.

Carolyn bought me a cardigan that I fell in love with as well and then Jenny took me to see if the coat I was gonna buy still looked good... We realised it was shit and ended up leaving still with our money and no shopping bags.

Then that's about it!

Me and Carolyn caught the tram home. Bumped into my friend Courtney on the tram and I was home.

Wow, what a big wall of text right there.... Lately I've been playing lots with my new digital cameraaaaa!
It takes pretty average photos but I didn't get it to take photos; it is to make videos!

This is pretty much my attempt to be more creative with my time and see if I have a real interest or not in film making and so forth.

Don't expect me to upload anything though. =_=

Tomorrow night is my party. My parents are stressing more than me and all but I feel pretty cool. I want to dress nicely. That's the only thing bugging me really.

Actually, the cardigan I got from Carolyn I want to find in black and cut the arms off to make an awesome vest type thing. I think it would look so cute. If I can do it well or not is another story. xD

Next post will be much more pictures I promise!!!!!!!!!

Home.

Last night....

I slept over at my friend Chalice's house. It was so, so, so much fun! I want to go back there.

Now I'm home though and everything is boring again. Lame.

At Chalice's, I ate an amazingly tasty dinner, went to the beach at night which was really pretty special and fun and then watched Closer. Jude Law and Natalie Portman are <3. Went to bed then woke up around 12. I danced to Fergie and Lady Gaga and showed off some of my sexy skill which I'm sure Chalice was turned on by with then took the 2 hour trip home around 2. Definitely a highlight for these holidays. I don't want to forget times like now. :)

Anyway!!!!!! I have other things to talk about!

On Sunday, I saw my family and we went to buffet and celebrated my birthday.
That was pretty fun. They wanted me to have a drink because now I legally can but it's too awkward to drink around the whole family by myself even if it's only like a glass or whatever. ~_~
My baby cousin's face is pretty attractive right there. xD

.....Continuing backwards!!!

Saturday night was Adrian's birthday!!!! Yay! Well, it was his birthday party but good enough. Because he is a bit more hardcore than I consider myself I dressed the part a bit more than usual. .... Yeah okay, maybe it's not that hardcore. But whatever!

Tomorrow, I'm going out to see Carolyn and then Thursday is party! Exciteddddddddd.

hardxore bitch right there!

One year older.

Oh you know it bitch! I just became 18 :D.

Spent the day with Jenny and here is a blurry shot she took of me at lunch. We should have taken a photo together but... meh! We will save it for Thursday. Wearing my new trench coat that everyone who has seen me in has agreed is awesome. I guess bargains are possible. (It was so cheap!)

Today I went out early, saw Toy Story 3, came home, went to Pancake Parlour and... yeah! :D Even though I turned 18, I didn't have a very adult like day. It was fun though so I don't care.

18 year old Chris is very different from 17 year old Chris I have decided. He is funner, wilder, a bit more rebellous and most importantly 10% more vain. I have a sneaking suspicion my year as an 18 year old may just as well beat my year as a 17 year old into the ground.

Let's do this shit!

^(Me being a vain bitch. Plus my kozyndan postcards stuck around my mirror)^

Ode to Heater

Well, after the fine I got (refer to last post) I thought my luck couldn't get worse... but... but ... :(

Computer died on me as usual. Thank god I backed everything up so I didn't lose anything. Just had to reinstall everything after I wiped the hard-drive. I hate computers. I can't stress that enough. 24 hours without a computer, pretty much stuck at home, can drive a person mad.

--------------------------

Anyway, so instead of making this post about more frustration in my life, I will ignore the bad and keep looking forward! Today is:

Chris' Two Tips to Stay Alive in the Cold

This is my beloved foot heater. Look how old it is! :D It makes a bit of noise but I can't imagine life without it. It can heat this room to a sauna level. It's a thing of beauty. Hahaha.

I think it's like 10 years old... that's pretty amazing. (Probably means it's going to blow up one day soon or that it's a massive energy waster) We have other foot heaters in our house because we don't really like the central heating but despite mine being the oldest, it's the best and it has outlasted all those other shitty ones that we've bought. I would be lost without it.

Second piece on keeping warm is also pretty important I guess. I hate wearing socks so on the tiles my feet can freeze. For a long time I just sucked it up and did nothing but a few weeks ago I bought $10 ugg boots. Of course, I don't wear them in public but they do the job as scummy a piece of clothing they are. They aren't very comfortable but they do the job fine. I would much prefer just bare foot to be honest, but the weather is too cruel!

Also, interesting fact about me. You can see in that photo how I stand a lot with my feet facing in. Probably not good for my ankles or something but meh. If I think about it enough when walking my feet go better but usually they look like that. I don't really notice it unless I look at it or anything.

So yeah... was this informative...?

Meh! I don't care what you readers think. The only reason for this whole post was the heater.

I LOVE YOU HEATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
